The Manyara Sauvignon Blanc was carefully handpicked, and the grapes gently pressed with the free run juice fermented in stainless steel tanks. The juice was fermented cold to capture the subtle flavours of the vintage and was left on yeast lees for 4 months to develop mid palate complexity. This results in a Sauvignon with fine flavour and persistent length.
ABOUT MANYARA WINES
Manyara Wines is a family owned and operated vineyard and winery, established on fertile land once used to breed and train thoroughbred race horses located in Balhannah, Adelaide Hills, Australia. The lush vines on the property were planted in 1994 and are well known for their quality yield. The fruit is carefully hand-tended and handpicked to create premium, single vineyard wines.
The altitude of the region brings low night-time temperatures and rainfall, both which have a positive influence on grape growing. Shop from a collection of fresh Sauvignon Blanc, classic Chardonnay, elegant Pinot Noir Rosé, crisp Pinot Grigio and rich Pinot Noir.
