Vouchers Credits

From time to time GoodDrop may issue vouchers or credits for redemption against future purchases. Each voucher or credit may only be redeemed once per household/delivery address. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other vouchers strict limit of one voucher per order. Any terms and conditions on a voucher or credit apply and bind the holder of the voucher or credit. Vouchers and credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. All vouchers and credits will have an expiry date, after which the voucher or credit will no longer be redeemable.

Promotional Voucher(s) / Codes

Cannot be:

• Exchanged for cash
• Used in conjunction with one another
• Re-used on another transaction
• Partially used across multiple orders, and
• Can be cancelled subject to misuse, fraud or error 

Vouchers Provided with Purchase

Vouchers for discounts provided by us with purchase of products are valid only for 2 months from the date the item is sent unless otherwise specified.  

Changes to Items Listed

We may withdraw and/or re-offer any item listed for sale on the GoodDrop website if the item:

• Becomes unavailable
• Is withdrawn by the manufacturer or supplier
• Was incorrectly described or listed
• At our discretion. 

Packaging and Labelling of Goods

GoodDrop aims to deliver the best range of goods to you at the best price. GoodDrop aims to keep the product catalogue up to date with the most appropriate images at all times, however, at times details on product labels may vary.

All goods are labelled to Australian Statutory Standards.

We guarantee all of our products to be 100% genuine. Our suppliers scour the globe for the best prices and biggest range we can provide to you. As such, some of our products have been decoded. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us for details.  

Rain-checks

GoodDrop will not provide rain-checks in respect of goods ordered by you or past advertisements. 

Currency & Pricing

Unless otherwise shown, all the prices listed on the GoodDrop website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If a product inadvertently appears on the GoodDrop website at the wrong price, GoodDrop may decline or cancel any orders placed at the wrong price, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged or deposit made and/or order has been shipped and delivered. If your credit card was charged or a direct deposit has been made for the purchase, and the order is cancelled, GoodDrop will notify you and issue a refund to your account or credit card in the amount of the cancelled order. 

Change or Cancel Your Order

Unfortunately, you cannot amend an order after it has been placed. If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible by email info@GoodDrop.com.au. If your goods have already been shipped, unfortunately additional delivery charges will be incurred at your expense.

You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights comprised in or relating to the GoodDrop website, including any trademarks and logos, are owned by or licensed to GoodDrop or its licencors, and that nothing in these terms and conditions constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

You may download and view GoodDrop's website content, which may include, without limitation, text, graphics, icons, photographs and URLs (Content) and/or print a copy of material on the GoodDrop website for your own use only, provided you do not:
