The John Walker & Sons Private Collection is a limited annual release for the renowned Johnnie Walker brand. The first edition was released in 2014 and continuing in this series is the second release of the John Walker & Sons Private Collection, the 2015 Edition. As with the previous edition, only 8,888 bottles were produced.

While the 2014 Edition was a smokey blend, the John Walker & Sons Private Collection 2015 Edition explores the heart of Scotland with a 'rare fruit' blend, giving a light, warm, fruit and spicy flavour with fruits sourced from Speyside, Highland and West Highland. This limited edition blended Scotch whisky was made using 29 specially selected casks.

  • 95.5 Points - Jim Murray's Whisky Bible 2018 "Possibly one less than perfect cask away from World Whisky of the Year"

Tasting Note: Grilled pineapple, apricot and green apple slices, toffee-drizzled peach and vanilla fudge with a hint of smoke with a hint of sticky caramelised sugar and honey. Finish: Rather long with stewed fruits and wafts of smoke.
