Master Distiller Jeff Arnett and the whiskey makers of the Jack Daniel’s Distillery have created a unique rye whiskey that’s undeniably spicy and complex yet deliciously smooth. This new expression is crafted from a mash bill of 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley, natural spring water from the Distillery’s own Cave Spring Hollow, and Jack’s time-honoured charcoal mellowing process.
Reportedly composed of whiskeys up to five years old, with barrels sourced from higher sections of the rickhouse, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Rye is one of the Distillery’s first new recipes in over 150 years. his has been made available in select markets worldwide and we have managed to get our hands on a limited quantity for Australian sale.
