Italian for smooth… Folonari’s stunning Soave is just that. Soft, with bright notes of lemon and pear, this classic white will live up to its name. A blend of 85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano di Soave and aged entirely in stainless steel. Light, fresh and clean on the palate, with a crisp finish, Folonari Soave is perfect to enjoy on a hot summer’s day.
 
DOCG (Denomiazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita) is Italian Wines highest and strictest certification controlling and guaranteeing at a deep level their specific production and regional methods to deliver exceptional product.

Tasting Note: Straw yellow colour. Perfume is fine and fragrant with vine and elderberry flowers. Flavour is dry, full and clean with a harmonious aftertaste.
