Born from humble beginnings, West Cork Distillers is now one of only two independent distilleries in Ireland. and West Cork whiskies are proudly made with 100% Irish ingredients; Irish spring water, green malt, barley and grains indigenous to Ireland. It is the only distillery in Ireland that malt their own barley.
A limited release of 12 Year Old Single Malt Irish whiskey with a Pedro Xaminez finish. Matured in selected casks for a shorter period than other distilleries to avoid overpowering the bourbon cask maturation.

Tasting Note: Mahogany brown colour. Intense malt aroma with floral slight sweetness. Dried fruit, woody, vanilla and citrus, malt and sweetness lasting.
