Now in the hands of the sixth generation of the family, the Glenfarclas Distillery remains committed to the vision of creating the best quality single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky, in the traditional Speyside style. The 17 Year Old was originally bottled in limited quantities primarily for the North American, Japanese and Travel Retail markets and we have managed to source a small allocation of this unusually aged Speyside whisky. 100% Oloroso Sherry Cask maturation.

"When a malt is this delicate, it is surprising the difference that just 3% can make to the oils and keeping the structure together. A dram for those with a patient disposition", Jim Murray.

Tasting Note: Rich amber. Complex with distinctive butterscotch and sherried fruit flavours. Develops slowly with great depth and excellent balance. Long lasting and smooth finish.
