Planter's Punch - Delicious Rum Cocktail

Planter's Punch
A simple mixture of rum, citrus, sugar and spice, the Planter’s Punch has been gracing cocktail books and bar menus for well over a century.
Ingredients
- 90ml Dark Rum
- 180ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 30ml Simple Syrup
- 1 tsp Grenadine
- 1/2 tsp Angosturra Bitters
- 1 tsp Soda Water
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into a Collins glass over crushed ice
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with mint sprig
