Milkshakes aren’t just for kids! This St Patrick’s Day, shake things up with the Cheeky Leprechaun. Inspired by those mischievous pint-sized people from Irish folk lore, this milkshake is for adults only!
Combine the following in a blender and serve.
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 250ml milk
- 30ml crème de menthe (or peppermint essence)
- 30ml vanilla vodka
- Few dashes of green food colouring
- Whipped cream
