With a peppery punch, this charged up festive negroni is a must try Holiday cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Gin
  • 25ml Martini Rosso (red vermouth)
  • 10ml Campari or bitter liqueur
  • 5 whole pink peppercorns
  • 1 blood orange

How To

  • Mix gin, vermouth, Campari and peppercorns together
  • Leave overnight or for a couple of days to infuse leaving you with a perfect mix of sweet, spicy and bitter flavours
  • Stir into a glass of ice and slice of blood orange
