This has to be the easiest Prosecco cocktail ever! Simply mix it up with your favourite fruits for a flavour sensation.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Prosecco 
  • 1 Clementine
  • 1/2-1 Lime freshly squeezed 
  • 1/2 Passionfruit
  • 1/4 Grapefruit 
  • Good splash of elderflower cordial

How To

  • Put your cocktail glasses into the freezer about an hour before so they're lovely and cold
  • Mix your fruit combinations together - get creative... you don't have to stick to the above ingredients
  • Top up with Prosecco and serve!
