Liqueurs and cocktails are the perfect marriage. Malibu Coconut Rum Liqueur has been a staple in the classic Pina Colada for years and it’s still one of the most popular cocktails! And if you pop a little umbrella in the top, you will feel like you are already enjoying a summer holiday.
In The Mix
- 2 cups chilled pineapple juice
- ½ cup Malibu Coconut Rum
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 2Tbspns finely chopped palm sugar
- Crushed ice
- Extra crushed ice to serve
How To Make
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Transfer to a serving jug and serve immediately over more crushed ice
