Liqueurs and cocktails are the perfect marriage. Malibu Coconut Rum Liqueur has been a staple in the classic Pina Colada for years and it’s still one of the most popular cocktails! And if you pop a little umbrella in the top, you will feel like you are already enjoying a summer holiday.

In The Mix

  • 2 cups chilled pineapple juice
  • ½ cup Malibu Coconut Rum
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 2Tbspns finely chopped palm sugar
  • Crushed ice
  • Extra crushed ice to serve

How To Make

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Transfer to a serving jug and serve immediately over more crushed ice
