Woo hoo it's time for Cocktail of the Week!
Ingredients
- 45ml London Dry Gin
- 25ml Orange liqueur
- 25ml lime juice
- 120ml ginger beer
- 8 Mint leaves
- Ice
Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves with orange liqueur
- Add lime juice, gin and ice to a shaker and shake to chill
- Strain into a mule cup filled with ice
- Top with ginger beer
- Serve with a lime slice and mint sprig.
