Deep crimson ruby. Nose is like fresh raspberry pie straight out of the oven with spiced coffee and dark chocolate. Rich, fresh palate, bursting with raspberry and cherry, framed by savoury oak. Hints of licorice and clove. Smooth lingering finish.

Select pinot noir grapes from Central Otago and Marlborough went into this wine, with a palate bursting with maraschino cherry and blackcurrant flavours, framed by toasty oak. This wine is ready to drink now, but can be cellared for up to 3 years. Over time, fruit flavours will take on more earthy notes.
