Lush velvety and mouth-filling, the Barossa Shiraz has a vibrant palate of dark berry fruits and cherry with a touch of dark chocolate and subtle oak. Deep ruby red colour. Aroma of cherry, plum and dark chocolate with coffee beans and vanillin oak. Palate is full-bodied with dark berries, subtle toasty oak and smooth tannins. Match with beef dishes such as grilled T-bone steak with roasted potatoes, and beef mushroom bourguignon.
