Description

A silky soft palate shows a rich seam of dark chocolate and ripe berry fruits. Other flavours such as lavender, light mint and white pepper gives the silky palate a seamless structure.

Pepperjack is our tribute to the Barossa's rich heritage - its vineyards and its people. Pepperjack was established in 1859 under W. Salter & Son and remains a tribute to the outstanding quality and heritage of the Barossa, noted as one of Australia's great regions for producing exemplary, truly iconic, red wines.

The Pepperjack range is a tribute to the Barossa's rich heritage. Pepperjack winery today remains rich and honest in character, with a slightly more contemporary approach and modern winemaking style under the guidance of Winemaker Richard Mattner, to create a collection of wines that reflect the passion of this amazing place.

The Pepperjack wines reflect our passion for this special region, built around the Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. These styles are richly flavoured and full of character - just like the best of the Barossa.

A winery that produces fine wine with a reputation for exceptional quality. All the wines are an evident result of a well thought out creation process.
