A silky soft palate shows a rich seam of dark chocolate and ripe berry fruits. Other flavours such as lavender, light mint and white pepper gives the silky palate a seamless structure.

Salter & Son and remains a tribute to the outstanding quality and heritage of the Barossa, noted as one of Australia's great regions for producing exemplary, truly iconic, red wines.
