Wild Oats Shiraz is a supple, rounded Shiraz with appealing plummy fruits and a touch of spice.

Wild Oats Wines are produced by premier Australian winemakers, the Oatley family. Well known for their sailing and tourism pursuits, the Oatley's first major venture was in fact wine. Refined in structure and texture, detailed and generous in personality, and served in the slickest of bright, fashionable packaging - Wild Oats wines set the scene for every enjoyable occasion.

Individual parcels were fermented at moderate temperatures and gently extracted for 10-14 days prior to pressing. The wine was then run into a combination of older French and some American oak for 18 months maturation prior to blending and bottling. Fresh, crisp and fruit driven, they have captured the minds of wine lovers, perhaps for no other reason than their suitability to our warm climate and light, vibrant cuisine.
