TREAD SOFTLY BLANC DE BLANC

Sourced from established vineyards of the rich soils of the border of Victoria and South Australia. The vines are mostly dry-grown and utilise expert canopy management to help control ripening and vigour.  Lightly pressed with the free juice taken for the ferment. A clean Champagne yeast is used and then the finished juice is fermented dry and carbonated to make a style of wine that is for immediate enjoyment. 

A softly effervescent, light fruit driven style, lively with citrus and apple aromas. The palate is soft and rounded with a crisp finish and balanced acidity. Pair with your favourite sushi or sashimi.
