The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old forms part of their Sherry Oak range featuring a series of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity.

How to Drink: The Sherry Copa
This Spanish style Copa showcases the versatility of The Macallan Sherry Oak and honours the Oloroso sherry casks used in the maturation process. The Sherry Oak 12 years old is accentuated by the addition of Oloroso and the effervescent tonic.
  • 40ml Sherry Oak 12 Years Old
  • 20ml Oloroso Sherry
  • Top with Tonic Water
  • Garnish with a Lemon Wheel
  • Serve in a Copa glass

Tasting Note: Rich gold colour. Complex nose with hints of vanilla. Smooth palate, medium balanced with fruit, oak and spice Long finish with sweet dried fruits, oak and spice.
