Crafted with their award-winning single malt whisky, with its red-wine-barrel richness and juicy, fruity flavour, it shines in a cocktail. The bitters is made in-house at the distillery to deftly match the flavour profile to complement the whisky, balancing the mix of native wattleseed and zesty orange bitters with demerara syrup for a balanced, mellow spicy-sweetness.
