Pol Roger Brut is produced from an equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The reward is a delightful brut released annually with excellent consistency, complete with the reproduction of aromas and flavours admired by champagne connoisseurs worldwide.
Pol Roger Brut shows fruit aromoas of lemon citrus and cider apples with notes of biscuit and malted barley. Dry and medium bodied in the mouth with a delicate and persistent mousse. Cider apples are the dominant fruit flavour and is best served as an aperitif or paired with pan seared scallops.
