Each drop of this Chivas Regal 18 Year Old Blended Scotch whisky has been finished in Japanese Oak casks, a rarity even amongst Japanese whiskies. The remarkable casks are made using delicate Japanese Mizunara Oak that is up to 200 years old, making them not only difficult to source but also to work with. Handcrafted by a team of talented and highly experienced master coopers, the oak imparts well balanced notes of sweet clementine, pear, vanilla and exotic spices. The resulting finsih is an intriguing marriage of Scottish complexity and passion with Japanese elegant and refinement. 

The exquisite blend is non chill-filtered tp maintain its distinctively rich flavour and bottled at a special strength of 48% ABV to further concentrate the flavour notes in each drop. It is an indulgent and intense magnification of the best that the Chivas Regal 18 Year Old has to offer.
