Bushmills Black Bush is a blended Irish Whiskey developed in 1934 by Ireland's oldest working distillery. Black Bush is Bushmills premier blend and was originally called 'Old Bushmills Special Old Liqueur Whiskey'. The new name more aptly reflects this special and intriguing blend. Black Bush is a supremely unique combination of single malt whiskeys aged in Spanish Oloroso sherry-seasoned oak casks, then blended with a small portion of delicate and sweet single grain whiskey, gifting the whiskey with the distinctive Black Bush flavour that distinguishes it from the Bushmills White Label. The end result of this unique recipe is Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey; a fruity and deeply intense yet smooth dram with a lively and spicy character.
