Love your Chai latte? Take it up a level with a Chai latte martini.
Combine in a cocktail shaker:
50ml Absolut Vanilia Vodka
20ml Kahlua
35ml Cold Chai tea
25ml Milk
10ml Simple Syrup
Ice
Shake and strain into a martini glass.
Dust with cocoa to finish with pizazz.

Simply combine into a blender;
3 chopped Mint Slice biscuits
1 shot Baileys
1 shot Creme de Cacao
1 shot Creme de Menthe
1/2 cup pure cream
1 cup ice cubes
Blitz until smooth and pour into two martini glasses. Top with chocolate shavings to serve.
