Competition Terms & Conditions
By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups in conjunction with CUB/Asahi and Riding for Life Electric Bikes.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Group employees, immediate family and associates are excluded from the draw. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, it is based on eligibility at each business site or participating venue to qualify for multiple entries. The competition entry is based on specific purchase or limits met across the following venues and business units under the Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups. Entry is for Australian Residents only. Businesses/venues under Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups are:

Eligibility Criteria

Spend > $50 online to qualify for automatic entry into the draw. Gooddrop.com.au will automatically enter you into the draw based on the orders received between 1-9-22 - 25-9-22.
GoodDrop Liquor Emporium
Spend > $50 in store to qualify for the draw. Scan the QR code in store uploading your receipt and completing the jotform to gain entry into the draw.
Lagoon Deck Bar
Spend > $50 in store to qualify for the draw. Scan the QR code in store uploading your receipt and completing the jotform to gain entry into the draw.
Lagoon Seafood Restaurant
Attend the special LEK event on the 21st September to qualify. Enter on the evening only by scanning the QR code provided by staff. Jotform must be completed on the night to qualify.
Bourke Street Burgers
Purchase the limited edition Rainbow Insta Burger to go into the draw to win. Scan the QR code in store uploading your receipt and filling in the jotform to gain entry to the draw. Any additional entry offers or competion opportunities provided will be at the discretion of Harrison Tradinng and Harrison Hospitality Groups.
The Prize
The winning prize will be a E-bike. 1 x E-bike prize across the group to be provided. All entries, across venues and business units will be collated
Specifics
1 x iSwan Adventure Boost 6.1 Black. The bike is promoted as a bespoke branded Asahi bike and will be provided with branding, logos, stickers or other items at the discretion of Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups to quantify the bespoke nature and branded nature of this one off item. The retail value of the prize is stand alone is $5,595. Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups will include the prize delivered Australia Wide.
The use of specific brands as prizes by [Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups] does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on 26.09.22. Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups will make two attempts to contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, and the Australia address for delivery they forfeit their right to the prize, and Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Delivery of the Prize
The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement. Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups does not accept any responsibility for the prize once in transit including any damage, loss or theft once the item has left the premises via traceable courier.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups, Riding for Life Electric Bikes and all subsidiary's under the groups for the purposes of administering the competition and for other promotional purposes. All future correspondence will be provided in accordance with rules and regulations allowing for you to opt out of future emails when, and if they occur. All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing christian@harrisontrading.com.au.
If requested by Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups, the winner agrees to release their first name and suburb of address only to any other competition participants. The winner's first name and State of residence will be announced on Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Group's website's and across the groups social media channels. Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups request that the winner please take 1 photo once the prize arrives and where possible post to social media tagging the following businesses into the post:

If unable to do so, Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups request 1 x image to be provided for the groups to post on the behalf of the winner to all company social accounts.
Limitation of Liability
Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Harrison Trading and Harrison Hospitality Groups reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
