Description

Nose of Hobnob biscuits coated in dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts. Nose of creamy toffee and dark chocolate, soft baking spices and spicy oak. Vanilla caramel with anise and clove on the finish. The 15YO expression enjoys a finishing period in Vermont oak barrels which have been given a long toast and heavy char.

WhistlePig was established in 2007 when the owners purchased a farm in Shoreham, Vermont. With help from their Master Distiller, Dave Pickerell they purchased stock of 10 year old blending whisky in Canada that was being misused.  WhistlePig today produces Rye whiskey of the highest standard and continues to grow its reputation as one of the most sought after Rye whiskey brands in the world.
