Description

Fruit for the Tread Softly premium range was sourced from established vineyards of the Coldstream sub region of the Yarra Valley. A fine example of a structured single vineyard Rose that is made up of a few varieties but primarily Sangiovese. The wine was crushed and then steeped on the skins for three hours to lend colour prior to a cool ferment.

Bright and vibrant nose and a seductively blushing colour that makes it look immediately inviting in the glass. Very pretty fruit palate showing hints of strawberries and cranberries with a lick of tannins and a nice dry finish and a refreshing burst of acidity. Pair with a salad nicoise.

Grape Variety: Sangiovese, Cabernet, Mataro
