"A very curious, seriously high grade, variant. Although the Ardmore distillery is on the label, it is the only place it can really be seen. Certainly- the least smoky Teacher's I've come across in 35 years of drinking the stuff; the smoke is there, but adds only ballast rather than taking any form of lead. But the grain is soft and knits with the malts with ease to make for a sweeter, much more lush version that the rest of the world may recognise." - Jim Murray

Tasting Note: Light golden amber. Fudge-like with pleasant oily qualities. Full-bodied, round and smooth with a soft malt quality and a flavour profile reminiscent of peanut brittle, toffee and liquorice.
