Description

Traditionally an Italian aperitif, Starward’s whisky negroni is a distinctly Australian twist on a classic. Crafted with their bold, Melbourne-made whisky, aged in Australian red wine barrels with big, fruity flavour.  Trusted local producers were sourced for the sweet vermouth and bitter orange liqueur.  Simply serve with ice and an orange peel – a perfect choice for pre-dinner drinks alongside antipasti.

Tasting Note: Maraschino cherries on the nose, bright orange citrus, anise and a herbal twist. Juicy orange flesh, lemon rind, sour cherry, and cassia bark on the palate. Long and drying finish with hints of Jaffa chocolate and orange zest.
