Remy Martin Mature Cask Finish VSOP is a perfect addition to the suite of Remy Martin premium cognacs. VSOP - Very Special Old Pale indicates that the cognac consists of a blend in which contributions are aged between 4-12 years.
The Mature Cask Finish comes in when the cognac is aged for an additional year in French Limousin oak casks which are 20 years old. This maturity endows the cognac with enhanced fruity notes and a well-balanced roundness.
Tasting Note: A bright coppery gold, with apricot, peach and wildflowers on the palate, offset by oaky notes of vanilla and liquorice.
