  • 60ml Olmeca Silve15ml Lemon Juice
  • 150ml Grapefuit Soda
  • Salt

 

Prep

 

  1. Rim the glass with salt
  2. Put all ingredients in the glass, starting with ice, then Olmeca Silver, lemon juice and grapefruit soda
  3. Garnish with a wedge
