Description

Old Pulteney; the maritime malt, hails from Wick a town on the most northerly shores of Scotland, where the North Sea meets the Caithness coast. The whisky captures the very essence of its Highland location.

This Traveller’s Exclusive whisky has been double aged in American and Spanish oak barrels for 16 years and sits firmly in the realms of single malt opulence. The specific cask selection combined with its unique coastal influence creates a whisky defined by spice and intensity.

Tasting Note: Amber colour. Full spice fruit aroma tempered by honeyed vanilla, faint floral fragrance and comforting chocolate. Taste full of juicy spices and Christmas cake richness. Fresh green apples and sweet toffee lend this whisky a long, delicious finish.
