Description

Pale gold. An aromatic sweetness is complemented by a delightful nuttiness. Characteristically delicate and soft, with fruity qualities and an almond appeal. Delightfully smooth with a slight lingering dryness and indulgent toffee and cream elements.

With the first distillery built in 1898, Knockando has attained a rich history and a notable tradition. Named after the village it was created in, the Knockando Single Malt Scotch Whisky 12 Year Old is divine and aromatic single malt that has become renowned as one of the finest. It's one of the few Scottish Whiskies to select whisky for bottling at peak maturation - rather than at a specific selected age - to ensure its perfection. With only 12% of Knockando being sold as single malt whisky and the remainder being used in various blended malts, this Knockando Single Malt label has become somewhat of an exclusive whisky rarity.
