Beach Hut Winery is an innovated and forward thinking winery. Using modern techniques, and well thought out processes. Founded by Robert Oatley, beach hut is located in Mudgee New South Wales.
The Wine
Vibrant tropical fruit aromas are overlain with hints of lime and blossom. Intense passionfruit and citrus flavours are intertwined with hints of herbal tea and fresh cut grass. A zesty and refreshing acid backbone provides structure and length.
Recommended Food Pairing: Pairs well with Asian Cuisine, Seafood and poultry.
Tasting Note: Beach Hut Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and fresh with lively citrus flavours the wine has a great balance of a zesty blend with a slightly sweet palate.
