The Story

Beach Hut Winery is an innovated and forward thinking winery. Using modern techniques, and well thought out processes. Founded by Robert Oatley, beach hut is located in Mudgee New South Wales.

The Wine

A lean and crisp which is pleasantly refreshing when served chilled. Intense aromas of lemon, barley, lime zest, fig and pink grapefruit. The palate is complex with flavours of stone fruit, and lime citrus. With a long pure finish. Flavours of limes citrus and stone fruit are apparent, with undertones of ginger.

Pairs well with anti pasto, roasted or grilled chicken, turkey, and snapper or white fish.
