Description

The fruit for this wine has been grown with love and passion by one of the area’s longest standing wine growing families and comes straight from their vineyards in the Margaret River region – an appellation which has come to be regarded as not only one of the greatest wine regions of Australia, but possibly the world. Bordered by ocean on three sides, Margaret River is nestled in the south-west of Western Australia. Blessed with flawless natural beauty, its soil and weather conditions are ideal for winemaking.

The 33 Degrees south chardonnay conveys light and subtle complexity. This drop is versatile and grown with success. As a result, this drop has fantastic natural acidity, giving the wine wonderful freshness and intensity. This really is one of those wines that you reach for a second glass.

Food Paring: Best served with Seafood, Chicken, or Turkey dishes.

  • Bronze Medal 86 Points - 2016 Vintage - KPMG Sydney Royal Wine Show 2018

Tasting Note: On the nose, this chardonnay brings strong citrus aromas and grapefruit pith with flinty mineral notes. The textural palate is long and intense, driven by a tightly woven core of lemon pith and grapefruit with a clean finish
